Fun News and New Giveaway to celebrate Driftwear!

My new 'Rettogirl' blog widget is finally UP and grab-able! So if you have a blog, feel free to grab the code (just copy and paste it into your sidebar) and place little 'ol Rettogirl on your page! Now that I know how to do this, I'm looking forward to making new widgets!
Widgets can be kind of tricky (especially if coding is not your forte) so I'm pretty proud.
As for memorizing my lines - thanks for all the stress-free suggestions. I found a FANTASTIC Iphone app called Mentalcase and an online study program that exchanges with mentalcase called Flashcard Exchange. I've been able to first study my cards on the phone then record audio with each of the lines and play it like a slide show, so all I have to do is listen and repeat while I drive - it's brilliant and I've already memorized many of my lines!

I love love LOVE bears :) it's a nickname that I grew up with, my mom called us the Bears family...and I've carried it on with my husband :) just love bears!

I love the clean and minimal illustration style. I'd like it for myself but honestly, my boyfriend is going through a t-shirt slump right now and getting this for him would allow me to toss some of his raggedy ones. Everyone wins! Either way....great work!

This bear shirt is so awesome. I tell bear jokes a lot for some reason, so this would be awesome to have. Also, it would make my boyfriend totally jealous.

I've been totally wanting one since I saw her in Swartley doing the block prints, and I really REALLY want it. It is a desire that surpasses everything else in the universe, and I would totally wear it and show it off and make people jealous of the awesome bear shirt.

I need to win this t-shirt because i have loved animals and especially bears since i was little. my first encounter with a bear was in the middle of the woods out in Montana. This bear was a black bear cub crossing a trail path right in front of the horses we were riding. From that moment on I felt a special connection with black bears. They are completely misunderstood and on their way to extinction. I am so passionate about saving animals from extinction, especially black bears. im so glad that you designed this amazing bear logo. it is brilliantly done and i commend your terrific work.
i need to win this Driftwear shirt obviously because it will give me something to remember its designer by (isn't fashion a celebration of the minds that create it?) but also because i can already imagine that it will become my staple "lucky shirt." i will wear it always- to school, at home, to sleep. i can see it seamlessly (no pun intended) becoming a part of my wardrobe, and i hope to the moon and back that i get to be the proud owner!
