Choose a Hairstyle! Custom Kokeshi Laptop bag

Ok, well among all else I'm doing these days, I've taken on a commission for a custom kokeshi laptop bag. I'm designing the kokeshi applique now, before I start assembling the laptop bag.

kokeshi applique in process by m. diaz

I was wondering if (even just for fun) if I could get some help with her hairstyle options.

  • a. Lady- which is an updo,
  • b. chic - which is a short bob or
  • c. Harajuku style

Leave me a comment and let me know WHICH do you think I should put on the laptop bag???

I will try to post a felt cupcake directions for you on my blog this friday.

I´d go with A... it´s very contrasting to the Kokeshi style!

It´s looking great in any option!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!
I like the harajuku style. It is just so much fun! Second to that would be the lady style. :)

Thanks for stopping by my b'log today - was nice to see you :)

As for the question, I think either A or C, depending on which direction you are intending to use them - landscape (c) or portrait (a) Both are beautiful. 'Lady' because it's elegant, 'Harajuku' because it's fun! :D I'd show your customer both ideas and let them pick their favourite - as I'm a terrible fence-sitter when it comes to doing work for others (I so want them to be pleased with the result!) LOL!

Speak soon...

Ooh at first I thought Chic but now I'm thinking Harajuku is better!

At first I thought Chic, because the hair really fit the shape of her face, but then I realized there's be a body underneath and Harajuku seemed to fit that better. As a test I dragged the picture of the heads onto the body so I could see if it was really best and I think it is.

They are all cute though, good luck!
